Hi! I'm Samanee, your resident wanderer, writer, traveler, and certified coach. I know what it's like to have spent years (if not decades) building a career and life that looks good and fancy on the outside...only to feel disconnected and unfulfilled. To feel like your life is the furthest expression from your truest self. To wake up every day wondering, "Is this it?"

I was top of my class, went to an Ivy League, and ended up at Morgan Stanley all by the time I was 20. It took a personal life tragedy to question what I was doing with my life. To see life itself is so fragile. So at 20, I set off to wander and figure out what truly got me excited to wake up every day. Cue a year of traveling to 15 cities, 4 internships, and a lot of adventures that led me to a career in marketing.

As COVID struck, I got the same nudge again. So I took my job remote, traveled to another 20 cities, focused on building community and events around storytelling and connection, and built a life that was professionally challenging and personally fulfilling.

Guess what. The nudges and wandering never stopped. I followed my interest in coaching and got certified in a bunch of fancy words like neuro-linguistic programming, reikki, hypnosis (don't worry, I won't hypnotize you), TIME technique, emotional freedom technique, quantum shifts, and more. I kept my love for marketing and writing and continue to write a newsletter and work freelance.

And I continue to host events, build community, and fill my life with loving friends and connection. I built an unconventional life by going off the default path and learning to connect with my intuition, finding courage, and taking little steps. But I had to do this alone.

My hope is that you don't have to with the support of this community. It's everything I wish I had when I would go to bed crying, wondering if I was ever going to be happy with my life despite all the success and accolades.
